Common questions

How many numbers can I send to at once?

There is no hard cap. Practical limit is your wallet balance. Very large batches (10 000+) are sent asynchronously with progress shown in real time.

What number formats do you accept?

International E.164 (+256700000000) is recommended. We also accept local formats for Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, and Rwanda — these are normalised automatically.

How are costs calculated?

Cost = number of recipients × SMS segments × your per-SMS rate. One segment is 160 GSM-7 characters. Unicode messages are 70 chars per segment. The estimate is shown before you send.

What happens to failed numbers?

Failed numbers are flagged with the failure reason. You can retry them directly from the results panel without re-entering the rest of the list.

Can I save a list of numbers for reuse?

Yes — import your contacts to a Contact Group, then use Campaigns for reusable sends. Bulk Send is designed for one-off pastes; Campaigns is for recurring audiences.

Is there a monthly limit?

No monthly limit. The Starter plan includes 100 free SMS per month. After that, you pay per SMS from your prepaid wallet balance. Growth and Enterprise plans include larger included volumes.
